The ministerial segment will begin with an opening ceremony, at which the Chair of the outgoing Bureau of the Conference of African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and the Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) will deliver welcoming statements. The Head of Government of Morocco will deliver the official opening address.
