The Former Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Office for West Africa, Mohamed Ibn Chambas, will deliver the annual Adebayo Adedeji lecture on the theme: “Governance, the social contract and economic development in Africa: looking back and projecting into the future”. Thereafter, Ministers will be invited to share their views on the issues raised in the lecture in the form of an interactive discussion.
